Company

MovionX builds practical queue-management software for physical operations.

MovionX is focused on QueueOS, a queue management system for organizations that need better control over waiting customers, service counters, reception workflows, and location operations.

Who we are

MovionX is focused on QueueOS, a queue management system for organizations that need better control over waiting customers, service counters, reception workflows, and location operations.

What we build

QueueOS helps physical service locations issue tickets, call customers, manage counters, show queue status, and structure daily service flow through a focused QMS.

How we think about software

Software should reduce operational friction. MovionX favors direct workflows, maintainable architecture, clear administration, and interfaces staff can use during real daily work.

Current focus

The current commercial focus is QueueOS pilot deployments for clinics, service centers, reception desks, public counters, and other physical locations where people wait to be served.

Founder

Built by an infrastructure-aware software operator.

MovionX is founded by Mario Tsvetanov, an IT infrastructure and software operator based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mario's background combines system administration, Linux and Windows environments, virtualization, networking, servers, monitoring, backups, surveillance systems, and real-world support for physical business locations.

QueueOS is built from that practical perspective: a queue system is not only a web app. It has to work with reception desks, operators, displays, printers, local networks, hosting, backups, and staff who use it every day.

Focus

Why focus on queue management?

Queue management is a practical operational problem. It affects customers, staff, waiting rooms, counters, managers, and infrastructure. MovionX focuses on QueueOS because it combines software, devices, workflows, and deployment into one clear business need.

The goal is not to sell a generic dashboard. The goal is to help a real service location move from manual coordination to a working queue environment that staff can operate, customers can understand, and managers can improve after real usage.
