These terms apply to general use of the MovionX website. QueueOS pilots, deployments, support, and custom implementation work require separate written terms.

Feature availability

Product descriptions may include current, pilot, optional, planned, or future capabilities. Not every feature described on the website is guaranteed to be available in every deployment. Pilot scope and custom implementation work require separate written agreement.

Pilot and custom implementation terms

Any QueueOS pilot, deployment, support arrangement, hardware planning, hosting setup, or custom workflow work should be defined in a separate proposal, order, contract, or written agreement between the parties.

Intellectual property

The MovionX name, QueueOS name, website content, software concepts, interface copy, and related materials are owned by MovionX or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content or product materials except as permitted by law or written permission.
